DELIVERY POLICY

We have home delivery services within Dhaka city and outside Dhaka city. Maximum delivery time is 2-3 working days within Dhaka Metropolitan and 3-5 working days outside Dhaka Metropolitan (Delivery time may vary according to government policies, weather calamities, and unforeseen circumstances). As we engage with delivery agents for product delivery, the delivery process is not entirely under our control. If the product is damaged or lost for any reason, we will take appropriate action considering the circumstances.

PAYMENT POLICY

INSIDE DHAKA CITY:

  • During delivery customers must have to check the products (Color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent and after that no complain will be accepted.
  • Customer can get one-time free replacement or exchange facility. After that if we send the correct product and if the customer chooses to change or replace at his wish then the delivery charge will be applied each time.
  • If customer don’t want to receive products after checking, though products are in good condition, then customer has to pay delivery charge only.
  • Delivery charge of Tk 60 is applicable for both cash on delivery (COD) and advance payment modes. (Delivery charges may be higher due to variation in product quantity and weight.)
  • Customers will get free home delivery service on purchase of products worth Tk 1200 or more. A delivery charge of Tk 60 will be applicable for the purchase of products worth less than Tk 1200.
  • Delivery time is 2-3 working days inside Dhaka city.
  • Return/Exchange will be applicable as per our replacements policy.

OUTSIDE DHAKA CITY:

  • Customers must have to check the products (color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery and no complaints will be accepted.
  • Customer can get one-time free replacement or exchange facility. After that if we send the correct product and if the customer chooses to change or replace at his/her wish then the delivery charge will be applied each time.
  • If customer don’t want to receive products after checking, though products are in good condition, then customer has to pay delivery charge only.
  • Delivery time is 3-7 working days outside Dhaka city.
  • Customer will get home delivery in Thana level and some cases customer has to collect from delivery agent point.
  • Delivery charge of Tk 120 is applicable for both cash on delivery (COD) and advance payment modes (Delivery charges may be higher due to variation in product quantity and weight).
  • Customers will get free home delivery service on purchase of products worth Tk 1500 or more. A delivery charge of Tk 120 will be applicable for the purchase of products worth less than Tk 1500.
  • Return/Exchange will be applicable as per our replacement policy.
